As the founder of Loeffler Creative, Mark Dallas Loeffler has more than 20 years experience in helping others achieve their communications goals through impactful writing, sharp graphic design and innovative ad creation.

With his first campaign experience coming at age 10 as a volunteer for the William Clements for Governor campaign in 1978, Mark has been involved in politics almost all his life. He has assisted over a dozen local, legislative, congressional and statewide campaigns and served as delegate to three state Republican conventions.

During his career in the Capitol, Mark worked in both the House and Senate, both on legislative and committee staff. He worked as Legislative Assistant, Committee Director and Communications Director before leaving state government to focus on his own graphic design company, Quantum Graphics. His tongue-in-cheek end-of-session Legislative Movie Posters are well-known to many longtime Capitol staffers and reporters.

After managing campaign communications for Jerry Patterson’s successful 2002 campaign for Texas Land Commissioner, Mark served on the transition team and was asked to serve as Deputy Commissioner for Communications of the Texas General Land Office. Mark was Communications Director for 12 years, managing an 18-member communications team and gaining a wealth of experience in communications strategy, branding and marketing. From 2011 to 2015, he also directed communications strategy for the Alamo.

In 2005, he was appointed to the Governor’s Executive Development Program and has been recognized by the industry for his work, receiving several awards including a Hermes Gold Award and Telly Award in 2009, a Hermes Platinum Award and Telly Award in 2010, and a Hermes Gold Award and two Telly Awards in 2013.

Mark was also a disaster response volunteer for the American Red Cross, directing disaster communications on scene for Red Cross responses across the country, including tornadoes at the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation in South Dakota and Ground Zero in Lower Manhattan after 9/11. He was named local Red Cross Volunteer of the Year in 1998.

Calling Austin home, Mark and his wife Ginger gladly exhaust themselves everyday for their two toddlers, Reagan and Faith. They are proud parishoners of St. Theresa's Catholic Church in Austin.

Mark’s wide range of experience and institutional knowledge of government and politics combined with his passion for design and creativity gives Loeffler Creative an edge unlike any other. Let us put this experience and talent to work for you.
